What if there was an alternative game that engaged the kids’ brains, got them learning instead of watching unboxing videos or teenage skits, and didn’t beep, Ping or even need headphones?
Enter the LOGICO® learning game. It’s like a tablet, only without the digital tech. Consisting of a plastic board with moveable coloured buttons – think of it as ‘hardware’ – the system relies on learning cards that slide into the slot in the board (that’s your ‘software’). Kids move the coloured buttons from the bottom of the board to the correct answers on the right hand side of the board. Then you can simply remove the card and slide in the reverse side to show the correct answers. If the coloured dots on the card match the position of the buttons then you have all of the answers correct!
The game can be held like an electronic tablet, will fit into the back of a car-seat or carry-on bag, it does not have loose parts that can roll under the seat, and does not require battery.
The Primo range, suited to children three to 6 years, has six coloured buttons on the board, which means each learning card has six problems to solve. The cards are available in sets of 16, and the child generally does not need to be able to read.
The Piccolo range for children five to 10 includes ten coloured buttons building skills in mathematics, logical thinking, sequencing, map reading skills and many more. The board includes ten coloured buttons making for more problem solving and an increased challenge.
